Weight Loss Story: “I Lost 32kg in 10 Months with Indian High Protein, Low Carb Diet” | The Times of India

My breakfast: The diet regime that I am majorly following during this time is rich in protein and contains low to moderate carbs, fats.

So for my breakfast, my average meal consisted of oats with 6-8 egg whites along with a cup of black coffee.

My lunch: I ate chicken curry with rice or roti, I didn’t force myself into too much calorie deficit, 200-300 deficit calories per day was enough for me.

My Dinner: For dinner, I cut carbs, I have a bowl of salad and a glass of buttermilk or chicken breast with yogurt.

Pre-Workout Meals: I like to eat carbs before my workout because it gives you more energy, so I have 2-3 brown breads with a spoonful of homemade peanut butter.

Post workout meal: 1 scoop protein shake (with milk/water)

I add (what do you eat on your cheat days): Being a Hyderabadi the love and craving for biryani is a never-ending process. So on my cheat day, I make sure I eat chicken biryani with nuts overloaded ice cream.
