Weight Loss Story: “I drank bottle gourd juice every morning to lose 21 kilos.” The Times of India

My breakfast: It’s just rye bread with gourd juice or egg white.

My lunch: Jowar rotis with vegetables and dal or masala nachni rotis.

My Dinner: I eat everything for dinner but I make sure that I finish my dinner before 7 pm every day.

Pre-Workout Meal: 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil with warm water and then black coffee on an empty stomach.

Post-workout meal: Egg whites with rye bread.

I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): I don’t have any cheat days because I eat what I want but I make sure to time what I eat.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Bajra Khichdi, Moong Dal Chila.
