Weight Loss Story: “I Lost 40kg Without Gym Or Any Diet And Here’s My Secret” The Times of India

I was very overweight for my age, and because of that, I faced a lot of humiliation and bullying in my school. Being a ‘fat’ kid, I used to feel extremely lazy and lethargic to go out, be it school or college. Over time, it became very difficult and I took it as a self-challenge, not only to lose weight, but also manage to do it without going to the gym!

After much laxity, on 26 November 2020, I went for a 3 hour walk and to my surprise, I lost 2 kg in the first week. Just this year, I lost 30 kgs and everyone around me, from friends to family was stunned!

It boosted my confidence and self-esteem and I became mentally tougher, after 1.5 hours of running my whole body was exhausted, still I didn’t notice pain in my legs and shoulders and continued with my walk. I used to walk continuously for 2 to 3 hours without a break, whether it was rain or strong sunlight.
