Akkineni Nagarjuna’s The Ghost has been a much awaited film ever since its announcement. Earlier it was being said that actress Jacqueline Fernandez has been cast in the film. However, word on the block is that Jannat actress Sonal Chauhan will be playing the lead opposite Nagarjuna instead of Jacqueline.
Sonal Chauhan fans are in for a treat as they get to see their favorite actress on the silver screen once again. A source close to the film said, “The makers felt that Sonal Chauhan was best suited to play the lead opposite Nagarjuna in The Ghost. They felt that both the actors Sonal and Nagarjuna would do well to pair on screen and that’s when they approached him. The two are definitely going to show some great chemistry in the film!”
Jacqueline Fernandez was cast in the film after Kajal Aggarwal reportedly pulled out of the film due to pregnancy. While filming was expected to begin soon, it was reported that Jacqueline is no longer a part of the film.

He was called for questioning and it was claimed that Jacqueline was dating Sukesh and when they were together she gave him many gifts. However, Jacqueline has denied being in a relationship with him.
