During the debate show Hunkar, Rubika Liaquat tore the paper while taking a jibe at Manav Jaiswal of TMC. There was a debate on the uproar in the Parliament in the Monsoon session.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal, who is also the Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha, on Thursday said, “The act of the opposition was shameful and disgraceful to the Parliament and a clear indication that they are trying to divert attention from the core issues.”
