Sharing a video of Nancy Tyagi at the Cannes 2024 red carpet on her Instagram stories, Masaba wrote, “So heartwarming- you look amazing Nancy Tyagi…keep shining.” Nancy made a baby pink gown that had a strapless silhouette, a sequinned corseted bodice, tiers of tiered ruffles on the skirt and a lengthy trail. She accessorised the fairytale look with sheer pink opera gloves, a tiny necklace, matching earrings, a bracelet and a statement ring. Finally, for her glam picks, she went for a winged eyeliner, feathery brows, sparkly eye look, mascara on the lashes, rouge on the cheeks and a mauve lip colour.
After her red carpet appearance, Nancy Tyagi shared photos of her Cannes debut on social media. The photos show Nancy smiling on the red carpet, looking lovely in her self-made outfit. In the caption, she described what went behind creating this outfit and revealed some specifics. She wrote, “Stepping onto the red carpet at the 77th Cannes Film Festival as a debutant feels surreal. I poured my heart and soul into creating this pink gown, which took 30 days, 1000 meters of fabric, and weighs over 20kg. The journey has been intense, but every moment was worth it. I’m overwhelmed with joy and gratitude for the love and support from all of you. This is a dream come true, and I hope my creation dazzles you as much as your support has inspired me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
