Nusrat Bharucha reached the hospital during the shooting of Luv Ranjan’s film

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Nushrat Bharucha was taken straight from the sets of Luv Ranjan’s film to the hospital. The actress, who was reportedly unwell for the past few days, was admitted to the hospital after feeling dizzy and having low blood pressure.

According to a report in Times of India, the ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ actress was shooting for Luv Ranjan’s upcoming film, the details of which have been kept secret. The report states that Nusrat has been shooting with the director for around 23-24 days and the shooting of the film has been put on hold for the time being after she was admitted to the hospital.

Nusrat confirmed the news and told the publication, “The doctors called it a vertigo attack which is probably due to stress. The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone emotionally, physically and financially.”

The ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ actress further revealed that her blood pressure had dropped to 65/55 and she was so weak that she had to be carried in a wheelchair to get up. Reportedly, Nushrat was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, where the doctor advised the actress to take complete rest for 15 days.

Nusrat further revealed, “I didn’t get admitted to the hospital; I am taking medicines at home. Complete investigation has been done and I am fine. I have taken about 7 more days from today.”

Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Nushrat Bharucha will next be seen starring in ‘Hurdang’, ‘Chhori’ and ‘Ram Setu’.
