The BMI chart is the most standardized way of determining a person’s ideal body weight in comparison to his or her height. This is a more accurate way to track your progress. The problem with this method is that it does not take into account factors such as muscle mass and fat distribution.
How to calculate your BMI:
BMI = weight in kilograms / square of your height in meters
