After a sensational innings from Jemima Rodrigues, Smriti Mandhana went ahead with an unbeaten 61 off 39 balls to guide Southern Brave Women to an eight-wicket win over Welsh Fire Women at Sophia Gardens on Tuesday. Mandhana’s innings included five fours and three sixes.

It was the Braves’ second consecutive win of the season and was set off perfectly by a clinical bowling performance led by 20-year-old Lauren Bell. He took 2 wickets for 19 runs.
