After challenging Siddaramaiah for a debate on the ideology of Savarkar and Tipu Sultan, BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel has called the former chief minister a broker who keeps bargaining with JDS and Congress to become chief minister again.

Karnataka BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel, during his speech at ‘Vijay Sankalp Yatra’ in Koppal district, not only talked about Mysore’s ruler Tipu Sultan, but also attacked former chief minister Siddaramaiah by calling him a “dalal”. Was earlier doing deals with JDS. And now with Congress to become the CM face for the upcoming assembly elections.

Kateel also said that if the Congress returns to power in Karnataka, the state will become the Congress’s ATM.

“He calls me a joker, I call him a pimp. If someone becomes a joker in this country, it is fine but if he becomes a villain, it is difficult. He will take whomever he wants. All his stories are of kidnapping. He did pimping and in Congress Well, he brokered and stayed in JDS and again brokered and became the Chief Minister. If Congress comes to power in Karnataka then Congress will become ATM.

Siddaramaiah, who refrained from responding to Nalin’s statements, lashed out at Kateel in the current assembly and questioned the BJP state president’s morale for prioritizing ‘love jihad’ over development in the state.

Nalin Kumar Kateel, who is the state president of BJP, did not talk about development in Mangalore but about love jihad. He has said to speak on Hijab and Love Jihad. Don’t talk about development. I usually don’t respond to Nalin Kumar’s statements but he is the president of the ruling party of the state. He is not the taluk president”, Siddaramaiah said.

Addressing party workers as part of the ‘Booth Vijay Abhiyan’ in Mangalore on January 3, Kateel had said, “Don’t discuss small issues like roads and sewage… if you are worried about the future of your children, and If you want to stop ‘love’, ‘jihad’, then we need BJP.
