Simon Doull’s unique comment about Hassan Ali’s wife Samia Arzoo goes viral in no time

Former New Zealand cricketer Simon Doull has once again come into limelight. Earlier, Dole had drawn massive criticism for criticizing Pakistan captain Babar Azam. Dole, while commentating during a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match, lashed out at Babar for putting his personal records ahead of his team’s achievements. The cricketer-turned-commentator has once again taken the internet by storm with a comment about Pakistan international cricketer Hasan Ali’s wife. On Tuesday, March 7, Dole was commentating as Islamabad United cricketers celebrated their win over Multan Sultans. As the camera focused on Hasan Ali’s wife Samia Arzoo, the Kiwi was heard saying, “She’s won it. I believe she’s won some hearts too. It’s fantastic, absolutely amazing. And win.”

Simon Doll’s unique comment went viral in no time as fans of the game didn’t waste the opportunity to share their reactions.

“Simon Dole is all of us right now. Even he is surprised to see the beauty of Pakistan.

Another user wrote, ‘Can we bring unfiltered simon doll in IPL.’

A certain Twitter user defended Simon Doull and commented, “Nothing wrong with that. It was a great match though.”

Earlier, Simon Doull sparked a huge debate after he lashed out at Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam. “For some time now, instead of putting the team first, that is all that has been happening. Instead of looking for boundaries. So much firepower is yet to come. Hundreds are great and statistics are fantastic. But it has to be the team first,” Dole was heard commentating during a game between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators on 8 March.

Coming back to the Islamabad United game, batting first, Multan Sultans registered a mammoth score of 205 in Rawalpindi. Cricket Stadium. Pakistan opener Shan Masood emerged as Multan’s top-scorer with 75 runs. Islamabad’s Faheem Ashraf scored an unbeaten half-century to give his team a sensational two-wicket win. The Shadab Khan-led side scored the winning runs with one ball to spare.

The defeat left Multan Sultans third in the Pakistan Super League standings. On the other hand, Islamabad United are placed at the second position.
