5 Highly Beneficial Yogasanas to Practice Daily

Undoubtedly, the coronavirus pandemic has brought a fast-moving world and human life to a standstill.

Many aspects of human life have been disrupted due to the closure of fitness centers and gyms due to the lockdown and COVID-19 restrictions. This has given rise to various psychological issues and serious fitness and health concerns.

However, there is a need to come up with ways to lead a normal life.

Keeping all this in mind, nutritionist and strength coach Nidhi Mohan Kamal took to Instagram to share five easy yoga poses that should be practiced every day.

The expert captioned her Instagram post, “Surya Namaskar is a perfect body drill if done well, but these 5 poses are so beneficial when done every day, one or a variation of these in my every yoga class.” is involved.”

Kamal begins his video with the cat-cow stretch, and says that “this stretch is very important not only for the mobility of your spine but also for the mobility of your shoulders.”

Apart from this, he has advised the audience to do it in at least 5-10 repetitions every day.

The cat-cow stretch was followed by Vajrasana. She adds that “sitting in Vajrasana is great for lengthening your quadriceps and is also good for digestion.”

While doing Vajrasana, Lotus asks the audience to “Make sure your shoulders are tucked back, and if you’re a beginner, place a block under your hips.”

After which he performed Pawanmuktasana which is great for digestion and freeing the spine.

She suggests the spinal twist for the second final pose which is also known as the seated twist and helps open up the shoulders.

Backbends were the last pose in which expert-recommended bridges and for beginners, he recommends seeking support with blocks while trying it out.
