United States of america: A YouTuber could face up to 20 years in prison after crashing his plane for making a viral video.

According to The Guardian, a YouTuber named Trevor Jacob pleaded guilty to counts of destruction and concealment with intent to obstruct a federal investigation. If convicted, the YouTuber could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

This video has got more than 3 lakh views so far.

The 29-year-old private pilot’s certificate has also been revoked by the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The pilot staged a December 2021 crash in California’s Los Padres National Forest.

In the video, the pilot showed her running away from the single-engine aircraft wearing a parachute as she claimed it had malfunctioned.
