Popular singer, songwriter and actor Selena Gomez made a stylish appearance at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. There, she attended the premiere of her new film Emilia Pérez. The Cannes Film Festival started on May 14 and Selena Gomez, known for her impeccable style, was among the most-anticipated attendees. Her fans and fashion critics were eager to see what she would wear, and she certainly did not disappoint. The 31-year-old star turned heads in a ravishing gown.
For her red carpet look, Selena Gomez opted for an elegant and sophisticated gown from the shelves of Saint Laurent. The gown was predominantly black, featuring a unique off-the-shoulder neckline with white detailing that wrapped around her body.
The body-hugging design of the gown accentuated Selena’s curves, while the skirt extended down till her strappy heels. The skirt of the gown was designed in a column style, falling straight and ending just above her shoes, which were a pair of strappy sandal heels. Her attire was further elevated by luxurious diamond jewellery, adding a touch of classic Hollywood glamour to her look.
To complement her stunning gown, Selena worked with stylist Erin Walsh to select luxurious diamond accessories. She wore a beautiful diamond choker necklace by Bulgari, which added a touch of sophistication to her look. The necklace was accompanied by matching chandelier earrings, also dripping with diamonds, further enhancing the classic movie star vibe of her ensemble.
Selena’s makeup look was done beautifully by makeup artist Melissa Murdick. They opted for a minimal yet glamorous approach. Selena’s makeup included nude shimmery eyeshadow, winged eyeliner and mascara to accentuate her lashes. Her brows were darkened to frame her eyes and her cheeks had a rosy hue. A touch of luminous highlighter added a subtle glow to her cheeks, while a shade of nude lipstick completed the overall look.
The singing sensation’s hair was styled into a high, shiny ponytail with curled curtain bangs that framed her face beautifully. To add a final touch of glamour, Selena flaunted fresh, deep-red coloured manicured nails, making her entire look a true showstopper.
