Nick Kyrgios lost his cool during the Wimbledon final against Novak Djokovic as he felt a ‘drunken fan’ was trying to push him away during the match.

The Aussie star made it to the final after receiving a bye in the semi-final round as Rafael Nadal was forced out with an abdominal injury.

Known for his anger on the court, Kyrgios ran into the crowd during the third set of the match. In the end, he decided to take his concerns about a spectator to the umpire.

The Australian, making his first final appearance at the prestigious tournament, was furious when a member of the crowd shouted at him during his first and second serves and told the umpire that it nearly affected his performance.

He told the umpire that the fan’s actions cost him one point in the game and asked him to be kicked off the court. The Australian said the fan was intoxicated by his mind and must have had at least 700 drinks.

“There’s no other bigger opportunity and they did it again and it almost cost me.”

“he is [the shouting spectator is] Drunk out of his mind, take him out. I know who it is — she’s the one who looks like she’s had about 700 drinks,” Kyrgios said.

Kyrgios had a great start in the final as he led the game to six-time Wimbledon champions and won the first set 6-4.

However, Djokovic returned in the second set to claim it with a score of 6-3. Despite Kyrgios’ best efforts, the Serbian continued his fine form in the third set as well, winning 6-4.

The game has entered a crucial phase at the moment as it is 6-6 in the fourth set.
