My breakfast: Oats with banana (varies daily according to diet)
My lunch: Usually simple home cooked food, dal + rice + roti + salad combination.
My dinner: Eggs for protein. I make sure that I make it in different forms and add nutrients to it to make it more healthy.
Pre-Workout Meal: Apple + Peanut Butter
Post workout meal: 4 boiled eggs
I add to it (what do you eat on your cheat days): When I get a chance, I always taste any kind of dessert…totally yum!!
