My breakfast: I didn’t do anything different but generally ate whatever was made at home- including poha/upma/vegetable vermicelli/chila/sandwich or appe but made sure I monitored the quantity and nutrition.
My lunch: 2 chapatis with a bowl of dal and a dry vegetable. I have a glass of buttermilk after lunch.
My dinner: Either 2 rotis and sabji or oats besan chilla, moong dal paneer chilla, chole or rajma kebab etc.
Pre-Workout Meal: A glass of lemonade and a small banana
Post-workout meal: I drink a glass of sattu with a pinch of salt and lemon.
I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): I didn’t really follow the concept of cheating on my diet because I wasn’t really following the diet in the first place. I didn’t eliminate anything from my diet, but took everything in moderation.
