Weight Loss Story: “Eating Protein-Rich Tofu and Soybeans Helped Me Lose 40kg” The Times of India

My breakfast: I used to have 80 grams of oats, a teaspoon of whey protein with a teaspoon of honey

My lunch: Scrambled eggs (4 white + 2 whole eggs) and 110g whole wheat bread

My dinner: On alternate days I used to have 2 chapatis with high protein tofu and soybean sabji.

Pre-Workout Meal: Half a Scoop of Whey Protein

Post-Workout Meal: Greek Yogurt with Strawberries and Muesli.

I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): While I indulge once in a while, I keep track of my meals and even what my cheat meals are. Some of my favorites are dosa with roti, idli-sambar, paneer butter masala.
