Several viral videos on the Internet proves that the singer has still not forgotten his roots, culture and is not fond of living a lavish lifestyle.
Bollywood singer Arijit Singh is known for his soulful voice, humble and down to earth nature. It’s because of his singing talent that he has won a National Award and Seven Filmfare awards. The singer received widespread recognition from his super hit tracks Tum Hi Ho and Chahun Main Yaa Naa from the film Aashiqui 2. Despite being a sensational singer in India, Arijit lives a pretty simple life. Several viral videos on the Internet prove that the singer has still not forgotten his roots, culture and is not fond of living a lavish lifestyle.
In a new viral video, Arijit could be seen riding a scooty in a congested lane, while donning a white kurta pyjama on the occasion of Holi. His face was drenched in colours and a few kids also applied some color on his face to celebrate the festivities with the singer and wished him Happy Holi.
The video has added another feather to Arijit’s cap of modesty and humbleness and fans couldn’t stop themselves from showering love on the singer. A fan commented, “Arijit Singh is a Gem.” Another wrote, “The simplicity he has.” A user mentioned, “Man with a golden heart.” An account remarked, “Heart touching singer.”
Well this is not the first time when Arijit’s simplicity won netizen’s hearts. Earlier a video went viral on social media in which the Kesariya singer was seen going grocery shopping on a scooter in Murshidabad, West Bengal with a shopping bag in his hands.
He also garnered a lot of appreciation from the netizen’s when during the IPL Opening Ceremony Arijit touched former Indian Captain MS Dhoni’s feet out of respect on stage and took his blessings.
Arijit is currently considered as one of the best playback singers in India. He lends his vocals to chartbuster tracks like Kesariya, Apna Bana Le, Phir Aur Kya Chahiye, O Maahi, Khairiyat, Muskurane, and Jhoome Jo Pathaan among others.
