TV actor and reality show star Aakash Chowdhary recently narrowly escaped a horrific car accident. The Bhagya Laxmi star was on a road trip to Lonavala when a truck driver hit her car and smashed the rear car. Chaudhary was not hurt as he was wearing a seat belt.
During an interview with Times of India, Akash Chowdhary said that he was in his car with his pet dog Hazel and the accident left him in shock. “I found myself torn between fear and gratitude. When the truck hit us, I had no idea what happened. We escaped unhurt, but the incident left me shaken, restless and sleepless Granted. Even though I was on vacation, I couldn’t sleep at night. All night, I was haunted by thoughts of what could happen on that road. It reminded me how fragile and unpredictable life can be. Road heavy trucks The road was full of snow, and the risk of accidents increases in this weather.”I am very thankful to God for keeping us safe,” he said.
Chaudhary further said that he spoke to the truck driver. He also remembered late actor Vaibhavi Upadhyay and YouTube star Devraj Patel, who died in a road accident recently, and said he was mad about driving on the road. He said that he called the police who arrested the truck driver for rash and negligent driving, however, he withdrew his complaint as the driver was a poor man.
Recently road accidents claimed the lives of two popular faces – Vaibhavi Upadhyay and Devraj Patel. While Upadhyay died in Himachal Pradesh, Patel died at the accident site while returning from a programme.
