Gadar 2, directed by Anil Sharma, stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma in lead roles. Bringing back the magic and nostalgia of Tara and Sakina’s love story, the makers recreate the iconic chartbuster, ‘Ud Ja Kale Kava’.

Within no time the song started trending on various social media platforms and received tremendous love and appreciation from fans. The song has been choreographed by the very skilful Shabina Khan.

The original song was sung by music emperor Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik, the new version of the song has been recreated and rearranged by Mithoon. Ud Ja Kale Kava was initially composed by Uttam Singh and the lyrics were penned by Anand Bakshi.

The teaser of ‘Gadar 2’ hints that the story begins from where the story ended in ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ and fans can also get to hear a sad version of the song ‘Ghar Aaja Pardesi’. The film’s portrayal of the Partition of India and its impact on the lives of the people impressed the audience.

Tara and Sakina’s epic tale of patriotism, love and sacrifice broke several records in 2001. Now, the makers are all set to treat the audience with the second installment of the film.

‘Gadar 2’ will have a bigger Bollywood clash with Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’ and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’.
