The TMC hit back saying that the people of West Bengal would soon ensure that the BJP faces tough times.

Talking to reporters, Ghosh said, “He was getting all kinds of facilities in jails in West Bengal, so he was not speaking. Once he reaches Tihar Jail, we are sure he will start speaking the truth. Then the queue of those going to Tihar Jail will get longer. TMC is fully prepared for tough times to come.” BJP state president Sukanta Majumdar said TMC was apprehensive that its top leaders would be behind bars if Mandal started speaking.

“The entire TMC is scared of what will happen if Anubrata Mondal starts speaking. If the truth comes out, many TMC leaders will soon be behind bars.
