Varanasi: Two girls and a boy were burnt alive in a traumatic incident between 3 to 7 years of age due to a fire in a heap of straw in Pachokhara Khurd village of Manihan police station area. Mirzapur district on monday
According to Mirzapur Police, Sunaina (7), joyful (5) and Queen (3), who had children Jitendra Dharikar, were roasting groundnuts at some distance from his house. The incident took place when a pile of straw caught fire and children were trying to douse it.
Police said all three children died on the spot. On receiving the information, Mr. SDM Manihan, CO (Operations), Inspector Manihan and other officials reached the spot.
