The Crown season 6 first look of Ed McVey, Meg Bellamy as Prince William and Kate Middleton is going viral on social media.

The Crown has been a favorite among its fans as it gives them a glimpse into the lives of the royals of London. Since Season 5 premiered on Netflix, fans have been waiting for an update on the show’s sixth and final season, which will reportedly also chronicle the origins of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s relationship. And most recently, we caught a glimpse of Ed McVey and Meg Bellamy as the royal couple of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The actors were caught filming a scene on March 17, which appears to be set around a possible meet-and-greet. In the picture, Meg’s Kate is seen in casuals as she holds a book in one hand, and supports a backpack from the other as she walks. McVay, on the other hand, is seen sitting in denim, and wearing a few layers with a blue jacket as he looks at Kate.

Ed McVie and Meg Bellamy’s First Look as Prince William and Kate Middleton Netflix As British Vogue reports, the series which is currently filming the season, appears to recreate their first meeting at St Andrews School in Scotland in 2001. Both started dating in 2003.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s relationship has been covered by the tabloids since their early years. They became engaged in November 2010 and then married on April 29, 2011, at Westminster Abbey. They have three children together: Prince George of Wales, Princess Charlotte of Wales, and Prince Louis of Wales.

Meanwhile, Season 5 of The Crown ended in 1997, as Princess Diana was invited to holiday in St. Tropez with Mohammed Al-Fayed. Season 6 is set to follow Princess Diana’s successful years following her death with her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed.

Interestingly, production on the final season of The Crown began in September 2022 and is eyeing a release date later this year or early next year, though no final release date has been announced . Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Leslie Manville as Princess Margaret and Jonathan Price as Prince Philip are all set to return for Season 6. Elizabeth Debicki will also reprise her role as Diana, Princess of Wales for this season.
