5 shooters are still absconding in Umesh murder case. The prize money on them has been increased to Rs 5 lakh each. Initially this amount was 50 thousand, then it became 2.5 lakh. According to sources, 22 teams of SOG, STF and UP Police are working in 2 countries (Nepal-Thailand), 8 states and 13 districts to nab them. The team has raided more than 500 places.

Asad, Muslim Guddu, Ghulam Mohammad, Armaan and Sabir, sons of Atiq Ahmed, who led the massacre, have not found any clue yet. The states where raids have been conducted include West Bengal, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Punjab and Maharashtra.
