Now, Vijay’s fans are eagerly waiting for his next film, tentatively titled Thalapathy 66. The film has created tremendous buzz on social media and has been trending for the past few weeks.
If reports are to be believed, soon the first look poster and title of Thalapathy 66 will be revealed. The makers of Thalapathy 66 are planning to launch the title and first look poster of the film on Vijay’s birthday on June 22.
A major portion of the film has been shot in Hyderabad. Recently it was also revealed that the Chennai schedule of Thalapathy 66 is going to start in the first week of June and for this a huge set has been made in the city.
Thalapathy 66 features, directed by Vamshi Paidipally Rashmika Mandanna as the lead actress. Thalapathy Vijay’s fans are excited to see him romancing the 26-year-old, who delivered a huge hit this year with Pushpa: The Rise.
The music of Thalapathy 66 is composed by Thaman and features a stellar star cast which includes Prabhu, Jaya Sudha, Sangeeta, Samyuktha and Sham.
Last month, Prakash Raj revealed that he was going to star in Thalapathy 66 as well. Prakash Raj tweeted a picture of himself with Vijay and wrote, “Hi Chellam SSS. We are back Thalapathy 66.

The addition of Prakash Raj to the cast of Thalapathy 66 has created a stir around the film. Thalapathy 66 is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish from Sri Venkateswara Creations. The makers of the film are counting on Vijay’s stardom to take the film towards success.
