Eight months after the release of Rock-Star, Stray Kids is now gearing up for another album release in July this year.

After a long wait, popular K-pop group Stray Kids is finally gearing up for its first domestic comeback in July. They have reportedly reserved the date of July 19 to mark their first domestic album release, approximately eight months after the release of Rock-Star in November last year. While details about their album are yet to be revealed, JYP Entertainment has confirmed that the band is “preparing for a summer comeback. “We will officially announce the exact dates once everything is confirmed,” the company said in a statement to Korea JoongAng Daily on Thursday.

In the meantime, the news generated a lot of excitement among fans, who were eagerly waiting for their return. Apart from their full-fledged summer comeback, Stray Kids will also attend upcoming music events, including British Summer Time at Hyde Park on July 14, 2024, and I-Days at the Snai Stadium in Milan, Italy, on July 13, 2024, among others. The group will also attend the Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago, US.

Stray Kids’s to unveil new digital single ‘Lose My Breath’

In the meantime, Stray Kids will also release their upcoming new digital single titled Lose My Breath featuring Charlie Puth on May 10, 2024. The group shared an intro video on their official social media, giving a sneak peek into their collaboration. The single is co-produced by Puth and 3RACHA, Stray Kids’ in-house production trio.

Ahead of the song’s release, the members sat together to discuss it. Expressing nervousness and excitement, they hope things go well and bring them more recognition in the US.

Earlier this week, the group turned heads at the Met Gala, all dressed in Tommy Hilfiger.

Also known as Seuteurej Kijeu or SKZ, Stray Kids is a renowned South Korean fourth-generation K-pop band that made its debut in 2017. They were formed by JYP Entertainment through a reality show. Presently, the group includes eight members, including leader Bang Chan and others like Lee Know, Hyunjin, Han, Changbin, Felix, I.N., and Seungmin.

They released their pre-debut extended play, Mixtape, in January 2018 and finally made their official debut on March 25 with I Am Not. Later, they released their first studio album, Go Live, in 2020. Throughout their career, Stray Kids have released several Korean albums, compilation albums, and many more singles.
