The VCK chief said Swamy’s death was a “lawful killing by the BJP government and cannot be treated as a death of coronavirus.”
84-year-old Swamy, an accused in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist link case, died in custody at a Mumbai hospital on Monday and was awaiting bail on medical grounds.
