Srinagar: Police on Friday arrested two militants of The Resistance Front (TRF). As per reports, TRF is a shadow organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The terrorists named Zubair Gul and Mohammad Hamza were involved in several terrorist incidents in Srinagar. A pistol, grenade and other material have been recovered from their possession.
“Srinagar Police has arrested 2 TRF militants Zubair Gul s/o Mohd Bhat r/o Junimar (Category C) and Mohd Hamza Wali s/o Yusuf r/o Safakdal (Hybrid),” Srinagar Police tweeted. He said that they were involved in several terrorist incidents in Srinagar.
“A pistol, a grenade and other material have been recovered from their possession,” said a police officer.
