He also said, “We have a request that Mr Shetty That he should talk to the state government about single screen and ask them to support us in reopening our cinemas. Nitin also said that power to most theaters has been cut and they need to increase service charges so that their cinema halls undergo maintenance and other exemptions so that they are ready to release their films on Diwali.

Single screen owners will soon meet on 30 September to discuss the reopening of cinemas. Meanwhile, the CM of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray It has also been said in an official tweet that, “Chief Minister Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray has announced that theaters and cinemas in the state will be allowed to open after October 22 in compliance with health norms. Work is underway to prepare a detailed SOP in this regard and will be announced soon.
