The Om Shanti Om stars are already reuniting for Pathan, which releases in January next year. And now, a report has claimed that Deepika may be a part of Shah Rukh’s second film Jawan in 2023.

A source told the publication that Shah Rukh and Atlee recently traveled to Hyderabad and met Deepika. The actress was shooting for Project K with Prabhas at that time. The insider claimed that the role is small but important. “Deepika has been in talks with Shah Rukh and Atlee for some time now and she is all set to play a small but important role in the film. She has agreed in principle, though the paperwork still remains,” claimed Grapes.
The source added, “Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee met the actress and even discussed her character dynamics as well as the shooting dates.”
The jawan was formally announced earlier this summer. He released a poster and a teaser in which his face is covered under bandages. The teaser has got the fans excited about the film. Jawan is produced by Gauri Khan and directed by Atlee. It will hit the theaters on June 2, 2023 in five Indian languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
Apart from Jawan, Shah Rukh also has Pathan and Dunki slated to release next year. While these are his full-length roles, Shah Rukh has a few cameos as well. He will be seen in Brahmastra and Rocketry this year.
