1) Vegetables and citrus fruits

According to Dr Rasika Mathur, green vegetables contain high amounts of antioxidants which protect the body from free radicals and hence help in reducing the risk of cancer. All women are advised to consume at least two to three types of colorful vegetables and citrus fruits daily. Citrus fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, grapes, oranges and kiwis are useful in boosting immunity.

Fiber is also extremely beneficial for us as it helps in the digestive system. Once your intestines are healthy then the brain also works in a better way. Not only this, fiber also eliminates the bad effects of unhealthy food.
