Before showing how to perform these asanas, he says that, although we often believe that knee pain is an issue that only older people deal with, in reality, people of all ages experience it. He wrote, “Knee pain slowing you down? Let yoga help reduce discomfort and improve mobility for a more active life.”

With the help of Baddha Konasana, the inner thighs, groin area and knees can be made stronger and more flexible. It also helps to stretch the muscles in the area. Tadasana, on the other hand, promotes better blood circulation and tones the core muscles. Also, it improves body posture and coordination. On the other hand, Trikonasana helps in increasing the stretch and stability of the spine. It also helps to open the hips and shoulders.
