Rubina Dilaik opens up on dangers of doing stunts on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’

Renowned TV actress Rubina Dilaik shares her experience of being a part of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’ and the reason for saying ‘yes’ to the show.

She says: “Initially there was more nervousness than excitement. I might have looked silly but when I was going to do ‘Bigg Boss’, I didn’t watch that show and likewise, I never watched the show. Didn’t follow. But as I am doing. Stunts, slowly I am understanding the format.”

To a question why she said ‘yes’, she replies: “I didn’t have daily soaps running at the moment. So, I said yes. And of course this is one of the biggest reality shows on Indian television. . . and to be a part of it is certainly important and honorable for an artist.”

Sharing about the most challenging stunts performed in the show, Rubina further says: “The most challenging stunt was to do stunts in the cold. The temperature here is 3 or 4 degree celsius at night and some activity or stunts have to be done. The snow is really hard at that time.”

Rubina, who was a part of ‘Bigg Boss’, also finds ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ more challenging.

As she says: “It’s a lot more challenging. The challenge here isn’t how you can balance, but more so it involves a lot of physical strength and I hurt badly in the last three or four stunts So that adds up to the challenge I am facing.”

On how she prepared herself for the show physically and emotionally, the ‘Choti Bahu’ actress shared: “I believe there is nothing to prepare physically like this Because the physical strength we have been working on for years is what is going on. Here to be tested. So nothing specific. But yes emotionally and mentally I try to keep myself centered and balanced as much as possible I’m doing it.”
