Record vaccination on Modi’s birthday: Record of 2 crore people being vaccinated in a day in the country, more than 527 doses were administered every second

India has made a record of vaccinating more than 20 million people against the corona virus in a single day. On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, the BJP had set a target of 2 crore vaccines today, which has been achieved.

By 1.30 pm, more than one crore doses had been administered. Today, the speed of the vaccination program can be gauged from the fact that more than 527 doses are being administered every second. More than 19 lakh doses are being given every hour.

More than 77.77 crore doses were provided to the states
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that more than 77.77 crore doses of the vaccine have been made available to the States and Union Territories. At present, more than 6.17 crore doses of the vaccine are available with the States/UTs.

More than one crore vaccine doses were taken on the fourth day
Earlier on August 27, August 31 and September 6, more than one crore vaccine doses were administered in the country. Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya had called on Thursday that the vaccination drive in the country should be accelerated. This will be the best birthday gift for PM Modi. On this occasion, the BJP had directed its units across the country to administer the vaccine to maximum number of people.

20 days service and dedication campaign
BJP President JP Nadda has started a 20-day service and dedication campaign on PM Modi’s birthday, which will run till 7 October. The party will also celebrate Modi completing two decades in public life during this period. This also includes the time during which Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat.
