New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Saturday deferred the question of being the party’s chief ministerial candidate for next year’s elections in Uttar Pradesh.
When asked whether she would contest elections in future, Priyanka “We will see,” he told reporters in Lakhimpur Kheri.

Priyanka Gandhi’s visit to the state comes as the party prepares for assembly elections early next year.
He faces an uphill task of cementing the party in a strong position in the politically crucial state, where the Congress was marginalized in the 2017 elections.
