Pune: Army Chief General MM Naravane to review NDA parade. Pune News – Times of India

Pune: Head of Army Staff General MM Naravane will review the passing out parade of the 141st course National Defense Academy In Khadakwasla on 29 October.
The chief, who is an NDA alumnus and belongs to the 56th syllabus, will address the cadets as the reviewing officer of the parade and present awards to the meritorious passing out cadets on the occasion.
This will be the fourth passing out parade which will be conducted under strict COVID-19 norms. The academy had not invited parents, guests and media for the last three parades due to pandemic restrictions.
The parade marks the completion of three years of rigorous training at the Academy for the passing out cadets.
Passed army cadets join the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, Air Force Academy at Dundigal and Indian Naval Academy To complete one more year of military training before joining the respective forces at Ezhimala, Kerala.
Two batches/courses of cadets pass out from NDA every year. Each batch consists of over 300 cadets including foreign national cadets.
