“Gadhiya also refused to trust the boy and forced him to confess his mistake. When he did not do so, Gadiya allegedly resorted to punishment,” Chavda said,
On reaching home, the boy told his father what had happened. He took the boy to the hospital and informed the Aji Dam police, who recorded the statement. A non-cognizable offense has been registered against Gadhia and school administrator Dharmesh Gadhia. “We have detained both of them under section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt),” Chavda said.
