Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Bundelkhand Expressway today, July 16. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditayanath welcomed PM Modi in Jalaun.
The expressway has been built six months ahead of schedule and at an estimated cost of Rs 14,850 crore. The expressway, built in 28 months, is 296 km long, which is of four lanes.
With the opening of a new expressway, the distance of 630 km between Delhi and Chitrakoot can be covered in just 6 hours.
