Daltonganj: Three members of a family were electrocuted when a live overhead wire fell on them on Tuesday afternoon in Lehar Banjari under Untari road police station in Palamu district. The deceased were identified as Kushwar Chowdhury (25), Suresh Chowdhury (55) and Butan Chowdhury (45). The officer-in-charge of Utari road police station, Shiv Kumar, confirmed the incident. JBVNL general manager in Palamu, Sanjay Kumar, said they were probing how the mishap took place. tnn
