Nutritionist told why it is necessary to workout at least 40 minutes every day?

Nutritionist Namami Agarwal posted a video on Instagram explaining one of the reasons why 40 minutes of workout every day is important for your health. She captioned the post, “1 reason minimum 40 minutes of physical activity is essential!” And explained that the first 20 minutes of your workout is just a warmup and it is only after those 20 minutes that your body starts burning fat.

She advises people to workout for at least 40 minutes to burn stubborn fat, especially when they want to shed extra kilos. “There’s a good reason that at least 40 minutes of physical activity is necessary,” she says, is that for the first 20 minutes your body is just warming up and after 20 minutes your body starts burning fat. So the next time you say you worked out for 30 minutes and you’re done for the day, think again and make sure you workout for at least 40 minutes to burn fat.”
