Rihanna became a top trend on social media as fans waited for her to appear. Many became concerned that she would not show up at the gala after hours had gone by without making an appearance. She arrived at the scene ASAP after being photographed leaving her hotel with Rocky. The pair walked the carpet together looking totally in love.
In May, rapper ASAP Rocky announced that he is in a relationship with Rihanna. The rapper described her as “the love of my life” in an interview with GQ. They both appeared in Rocky’s 2013 video for Fashion Killa; While the rapper provided a guest verse on a remix of Rihanna’s 2012 hit Cockiness (I Love It). Meanwhile, Rihanna is officially the host of this year’s After Party at the Met Gala, she announced on Instagram a few days ago. Sharing the after party invitation on IG Stories, RiRi wrote, “If you are planning the Met Ball after party. . . Do not do it.”
