Maharashtra government constitutes panel to hear complaints of MSRTC unions on strike. Mumbai News – Times of India

Mumbai: Maharashtra The government has issued a Government Resolution (GR), notifying the setting up of a committee of senior bureaucrats from finance, transport and msrtc The Managing Director as the coordinator to listen to the representatives of the 28 unions who are protesting.
This is following the directions of a division bench of Justice SJ Kathawala and Justice SP Tawde. Bombay High Court.
The committee will submit the decision/recommendations to the Chief Minister. Uddhav Thackeray – Which in turn will consider the recommendations and present the same to the court along with his views/opinions on the said recommendations. The entire exercise has to be completed within 12 weeks.
Sources said that till evening, 226 bus depots (out of 250) of MSRTC, including Mumbai depots, were completely closed as drivers, conductors and others were on strike, causing inconvenience to commuters.
