Laborer took loan to son Deepak to prepare for JEE Main, he got 99.93%

Deepak Prajapati, son of a laborer from Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh has secured 99.93 percentile. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 Session 1. His father, Ram Prajapati, had taken a loan from relatives and tutored his son, which in turn did not disappoint his father. He also managed to send his son to a private coaching institute in Indore.

He passed 10th with 96 per cent from a government school in Dewas and then secured 92.6 per cent in 12th. He started preparing for engineering admission from class 11 at his home. Seeing his dedication, his father took financial help from relatives and sent Deepak to Indore for better education. After studying there for 9 months, Deepak secured 99.93 percentile in JEE Main.

Deepak also has a younger brother and sister. His mother Anita Prajapati told that his entire family lives in a small rented house. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated Deepak on his success. He also tweeted about Deepak’s success and wished him a bright future. “You have shown that if there is a will in mind, there is bound to be a way. Madhya Pradesh is proud of your achievement,” he wrote.

Replying to CM Chouhan, Deepak said, ‘I liked it very much. Thanks. I would like to say this, it is a matter of pride for me to come across the tweet of such a big person.

Meanwhile, the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2022 has been released. IIT Madras has been announced as the best engineering college in India, This is the third time in a row that the institute has secured the top position. Out of the top 10 positions, 8 are secured by IITs. While IIT Delhi has been ranked second, IIT Bombay has secured the third position.
