Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Friday said Governor RN Ravi is a “pleasant” person, but the “excessive delay” in his decision-making on an important matter is not right and such a scenario shows, amid clashes over the NEET issue. . Governor is not required.

The Stalin-led ruling DMK is demanding the abolition of the governor’s post after the state government’s relations with the Raj Bhavan soured amid the ongoing controversy over the NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) Exemption Bill.
