Shahrukh Khan‘Pathan’ is getting tremendous success at the ticket window. The film has earned more than Rs 500 crore and has broken many records. The film has collected Rs 542 crore worldwide in just 5 days! Pathan hit another 100 cr+ day on its 5th day as it registered an earning of Rs 60.75 cr in India. Overseas gross is Rs 42 cr on 5th day, taking the total collection to Rs 112 cr on 4th day of release. While Pathan’s fever is still high, SRK expressed his happiness and answered the most asked question.
When asked about Pathan’s sequel, Shah Rukh Khan said that he would be honored to be a part of the sequel.
Pathan has also crossed the Rs 250 crore nett mark in India in just five days, with Rs 280 crore gross already on the board! This is the fastest Hindi film to enter the Rs 250 crore club in just 5 days! Pathan is also the only Hindi film to have registered four Rs 50 crore+ days and that too within just five days of release. With this, all the films in YRF’s Spy Universe – Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War and Pathan – are blockbusters!
Apart from earning handsomely, Pathan has some interesting facts that fans should know. Pathan is the first Bollywood film to be shot entirely using IMAX cameras. Hollywood’s finest action director Casey O’Neill was roped in to shoot the action sequences in the film. Pathan’s action sequences are inspired by WWE special moves. shahrukh’s kick is of shawn michaels while John abrahamKa’s punch is inspired by Roman Reigns. Dimple Kapadia worked with Shah Rukh Khan for the first time in three decades. Their first film together was Dil Aashna Hai.
