Watching the ball coming towards him, a spectator tried catching it but was hit in the face instead. He seemed to be bleeding as he covered his face with his hands and was eventually, escorted out by the security guard.
DC took to microblogging site X, wishing a speedy recovery of the fan who was hurt while catching the ball. Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan also posted on social media hoping everything was fine with the injured fan.
