India briefs UN high level team on concerns over terrorism in South Asia

New Delhi: India has briefed a high-level United Nations team about its concerns on terrorism in the South Asian region, particularly the potential threats from new and emerging technologies and misuse of unmanned aerial systems. According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India’s concerns were conveyed to the team of experts from the United Nations Analytical Assistance and Sanctions Monitoring Team during their visit to the country from March 8 to 10.
