The Karnataka High Court rejected all the arguments and said that hijab is a non-essential part of Islam. The court emphasized on uniform practice in schools. Speaking on this, Asaduddin Owaisi said that he does not agree with the court. He has also urged the petitioners to file a petition in the Supreme Court now.
