When Anil was asked the same question by the host, whether he forgives or seeks revenge from the wrongdoers, the actor said he does both.
Renowned Choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan including actor Anil Kapoor recently appeared on The Great India Kapil Show where they revealed several anecdotes from their life. During a conversation with the host and comedian Kapil Sharma in the latest episode, the Happy New Year director shared that she has a unique way of seeking revenge from those who hurt her, which left the audience in splits. Farah revealed that instead of forgiving them, she curses the people.
The Om Shanti Om director said, “I don’t exactly take revenge. But main mann mein aise bolti hun ki teri waat lag jaaye (I harbor negative feelings towards them deep down). I look at them in a certain manner and meri zubaan kaali hai (I have a Kali Zuban). If someone does really bad, I wholeheartedly curse them ki teri agli 4-5 filmein flop ho jaaye (May your next 4-5 films get flop at the box office). So, those whose films flopped, now you know why.”
When Anil was asked the same question by the host, whether he forgives or seeks revenge from the wrongdoers, the actor said he does both. Replying to the Mr India actor, Farah said that she has never seen him (Anil) in a revenge mode, to which the actor responded, “I take revenge by doing good work.”
Work wise, Farah’s last directorial project was Happy New Year which starred Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. Released in 2014, the film was a hit.
Anil, on the other hand, was last seen in director Siddharth Anand’s aerial action thriller Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.
Talking about The Great India Kapil Show, it premieres on the OTT platform Netflix with new episodes streaming every Saturday. In the previous episodes, actors Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vicky Kaushal, team Heeramandi and the popular singer Ed Sheeran had appeared on the show.
In the upcoming episode, actors Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor will be seen on the show to promote their upcoming film Mr and Mrs Mahi.
